My program offers simple and sustainable changes that will help to realign and balance your body. It’s not some fad, or built out of restriction, or crazy harsh rules and it’s definitely NOT a one time fix. My program educates you to make the right choices and create a lifestyle that works for YOU. Together we will pinpoint small changes you can make in your everyday diet & routine that will make a big impact. I use tools and advice that has been proven to work in Eastern Medicine practices for over 3,000 years. Tools I’ve used to heal myself and I’ve been using for years to heal my patients. I will guide and support you along the way so that we can create an actionable plan for you.
